The nose is the most prominent aesthetic feature of the facial profileA prospective study was designed to compare between different techniques for rotation of nasal tip ptosis and to show the outcome of each technique as regards cosmetic appearance , function and hazardsForty patients with droopy tip were the material of this studyIn the view of this study , the lateral crural overlay method increases tip rotation but decreases projection , while conservative trimming of the cephalic rim of lower lateral cartilage method rovides minimal tip rotation without affecting the projection
