The aim of the work in this thesis is to formulate Ketorolac tromethamine in transdermal drug delivery system to reduce the gastrointestinal side effects associated with oral administration of the drug also to maintain the effective concentration in the blood for longer period by using different types of gels that allow sustained release and constant blood level of the drug
