Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Medicine - Department Of Ophthalmology Summary: The aim also to estimate its role in maintaining their independence throughout different aspects of daily activities the relation between visual performance and different low vision problems such as reduced visual acuity for both far and near , visual field affection , diminished contrast sensitivity function was also studied the relation between the above mentioned factors and the success of vision rehabilitation was also highlighted in this study this study approved that low visual aids could have a very effective role in minimizing the impact of low vision and improving the visual performance of children with low vision leading to maximize their social and educational integration
