This study aimed to evaluate COMP levels in serum and synovial fluid of RA and OA to elucidate its potential role as a biomarker of early articular cartilage destruction and disease activity in RA and OA . Then to correlate the levels of COMP with other clinical , radiological and laboratory parameters considered as markers of inflammation and activity of cartilage degradation of the disease
