Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Clinical and chemical Pathology Summary: In this study it was found that there was significant difference in median fibronectin pseudochoinesterase prothrombin and equation levels with the degree of fibrosis P<0.05. Also when ROC curve was poltted it was found that the equation significantly was discriminate between fibrosis and cirrhosis at cut off value of 243.28{AUC=0.802,SENSIVITY WAS 100% AND SPECIFICITY WAS 60%}
