The work in this thesis focused on formulating ketoconazole with ketorolac tromethamine as anti-inflammatory drug to treat fungal keratitis and the inflammation associated with fungal infection in economic formula by using mucoadhesive polymers to prolong precorneal residence time, thus achieve higher absorption and prolonging the duration of its therapeutic effect
