Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Biophysics
The present thesis is a novel approach for stimulating uptake via endocytotic pathways by exposing chinese hamster DC-3F lung fibroblasts suspended in either low (ImS/cm) or high (10mS/cm) conductive medium to a train of low electric fields (LEF) in the range of 5,4-18V/cm, frequency (100-500Hz), and pulse duration (100-500us) using different exposure times (2-20mim) in the presence of 2 different molecular probes
