Learning Organizations (LO) theory has received a lot of attention in the last two decades . The LO literature however is dispersed among many field and entails some confusing concepts . This study provides a literature review and a conceptual model that identifies the causes and consequences of LO . Very little research has been conducted on the Learning Organization in the Arab region
