The aim of this work is to show the distribution of CD54 on various subtypes of acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients . It s relation with CD34 and to show the relaionship between the expression of CD 54 and clinical laboratory paramerers and the clinical course of the disease . The present study was carried out at the national cancer institute (N.C.I.) and included acute lymphoblastic leukaemia patients presenting to the clinical pathology and Medical oncology Department 20cases
