Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - National Cancer Institute - Department of Pediatric Oncology Summary: Wilms` tumor is the most common renal malignancy of childhood and represents 6% of childhool cancer . This prospective study included 53 patient with age range between 2 months and 9 years and a median of 3 years with slight male predominance. Abdominal males was the most common presentation 77.4% stage distribtion was 29.4% , 17.6% , 29.4% , 17.6% and for stages I-V respectively . Favorable histology was reported in 86.3% . The 2 years diease free survival was 79%
