Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Medicine - Department Of Neuropsychiatry Summary: The cross sectional of both clinical and psychosocial characteristics of patients with bipolar mania , the social outcome over the years of illness , for characteristics was assessed by multiple regression analysis From the search it was found that the patient does not obtain full remission for symptomatic and social level after treatment , and he will not return to condition he was before the disease This is against what was thought that the patient has good prognosis with typically complete return to normal functioning between episodes
