A total number 60 sound human premolar were used in the study ozone gas was delivered from ozonytron X fluoride desensitizing agent (Allsolutions, Dentsply, USA) and oxalate desensitizing agent (D/sense-crystal, Centrix, USA) were applied according to manufactures instructions
