Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Agriculture - Department Of Nematology Summary: From all results hamd and santonia (from botanical soil amendments group) shrimp shells pigeon manure (from animal organic amendments group) and trichoderma harzianum isolate T20 (from bio - control agents group) gave the best reducing effect on nematode populations in soil and inside plant roots under both conditions generally but under natural soil condition they were more effective and found to be more promising to be used for controlling nematode reproduction and development in open field and improving plants growth also
