The aim of this study was to assess the effect of low level laser therapy (LLLT) on microcirculation in diabetic patients (type 2). Thirty patients participated in the study their age ranges from 40 to 53 years . They were divided into two equal groups . The studies group (fifteen patients) received low level laser therapy (LLLT) program (3 sessions / week 20 minutes / per session for 4 weeks) in addition to oral hypoglycemic drugs
