Human fascioliasis is a severe and debilitationg liver disease . Triclabendazole is an effective treatment provided early and accurate diagnosis . For this purpose adult F. Hepatica worms{u0654} soluble antigens (SAFA) were fractionated following Tsang`s method resulting into distinct nuclear mitochondrial, microsomal and cytosolic fractions
