The study of charge transport and dielectric relaxation in interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) that is (Poly Pyrrole - (ethylene - CO - viny1 acetate) (PP{u02B8}- EVA) is very important because the presence of the matrix phase greatly influences the motion of the charge carrier in the conducting phase . The frequency dependent of and f' , f'' and {u03EC}ac , The current - voltage - characteristics and TSDC measurment characterize this system
