This study was conducted to study the production of sulphated polysaccharides (SPS), its biological activities as anticoagulant, antioxidant, anticancer, antiviral, and antimicrobial, were also investigated. The results could be summarized as follows: Spirulina reached the gighest growth on media contained 200 ppm sulfur and 214 ppm nitrogen
