The stimulation action of some abiotic elicitors on the growth response and production of secondary metabolites of Solanum nigrum cultures were studed . The applications of various jasmonic aicd (JA) concentrations significantly decrease the fresh and dry weight in the cell culture . Hoewever JA led to decreased callus fresh and dry weight compared to the control
