This study was carried out on 10 pateints suffering from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) admitted to ENT Department Zagazig University Hospital from 2004 to 2007 . All patients were complaining of different degress of OSA . Patients complaining of chronic pulmonary upsets cardiac, diseases and poor health conditions were excluded from this study . The patients were divided into 3 groups according to severity of their conditions : mild, moderate and severe
