This study was carried out during two successive seasons (2008 and 2009 ) on Grand Nain banana (Musa accuminata Gaint Cavendish AAA Sub - group ) at the Tissue Culture Laboratory Hort . Res. Inst. Agric. Res. Cent. The goal of this study was to evaluate the protocol for plantlets formation from banana by using micropropagation technique - Besides the effect of different agricultural media on survival percentage and growth parameters of acclimatized plantlets
