Because dendritic cells are clinically well tolerated it makes them interesting candidates for anti-tumor or anti - leukemic strategies . The aim of this study was to generate a dendritic cell vaccine (DC vaccine) experessing leukemia antigens by differentiating dendritic celle from myeloid blasts of chronic myeloid leukemia patients to boost their immune system and improve their clinical outcome
