In an attempt to preserve guava fruits the present dtudy has been accomplished to process guava juice to dried guava sheets and powders by using three drying methods i.e . sun drying hot and solar drying . Guava juice was also processed into guava jam by different concentration methods i .e. conventional cooking (direct heat) sun and solar energy method
