Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Pharmacy - Department of Pharmaceutics Summary: Isoniazid niosomes were prepared by thin Film Hydration Method using span 60 cholesterol with or without charge inducing agent . Characterization of isoniazid niosomes was carried out using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Electron Microscopy . Niosomes swelling for 24 hrs at 60{u00B0}C was carried out to increase drug entrapment efficiency of niosomes . The release profiles of isoniazid niosomes were perfromed at 37{u00B0}C under hydrodynamic stress
