The growing importance of E - government is putting pressure on authorities to provide services online and accessible to the citizen . And this will help to meet the challenges of having to reduce costs deliver services faster provide better customer service and increase productivity . In the other hand the availability of and access to spatial data has been a complicated problem duplication inconsistency poor management and illegal uses of spatial data were very strong issues in the framework of E - government so there is a need to have a sufficient infrastructure to improve spatial data management and distribution
