The Pd - precatalyst is found to exhibit high catalytic activity for C - C bond formation in Suzki - Miyaura and Heck - Mizoroki cross-coupling reactions of different aryl and heteroaryl halides with either aryl or heteroaryl boronic acids or terminal alkenes respectively
