T. for Neuromuscular and Neurosurgery Summary: To investigate the effect of dexamthasone ionophoresis versus phonophoresis in treating carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS ). Subjects : thirty patients of both sexes with CTS were divided randomly into two groups of equal numbers 15 patients . Group (A) received dexamethasone iontophoresis for minutes every other day for 6weeks and group (B) received dexamethasone phonophoresis for 10 minutes every other day for 6 weeks
