As the population grows the need to construct new plants or apply new technologies grows more . IFAS is a new technology that was applied in our study utilizing dispersed media . A model was constructed and placed in Zenien WWP - Giza governorate . The study lasted from August 2008 to January 2009 . It aimed at identifying the optimum percentage of media occupation inside the aeration tank
