Orbital implants are used to rehabilitate the anophthalimic socket and provide the pstient with a cosmetically acceptable appearance . A multitude of materials and shapes have been used as orbital implants may be synthetic as gold silicone and acrylic in its various shapes porous polyethylene bioceramic and Teflon or natural as the coralline hydroxyapatite orbital implant
