The purpose of the study was to evaluate the differences in the moment of the hip joint during walking in children with unilateral clubfoot who's been treated with postermedial release comparing to the normal children . Thirty children ranged in age from six to nine years participated in this study group (A) includes ten children with unilateral clubfoot selected from Aboelrish Hospital from both sexes (4 males and 6 females ) and group (B) includes twenty normal children from both sexes (15 males and 5 females )
