Rhinosinusitis is a common comorbidity of asthma . The association between them seems to be more than epiphenomenon but it is still a matter of controversy whether a causal relationship exists wherein rhinosinusitis worsens asthma or whether they are manifestations in different parts of the respiratory tract of the same underlying disease process
