By: Contributor(s): Material type: TextTextLanguage: eng Publication details: Cairo : Hytham Ahmed Abdelghany , 2009Description: 161Leaves : charts , facsimiles ; 30cmOther title:
  • دراسة الخصائص الطيفية لتفاعل أشعة الليزر مع التيتانيوم [Added title page title]
Subject(s): Online resources: Available additional physical forms:
  • Issued also as CD
Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Physics Summary: The present work has devoted to study the characteristics of the laser induced plasma produced from the interaction of pulsed laser beam with a titanium target at different conditions of ambient gases pressures . The strong interest of the plasmas produced by laser interaction with different solid targets is largely due to the increased growing fields of applications such as thin film deposition of a wide range of classical and novel material preparation of nano - materials and for in situ qualitative elemental analysis
