Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine - Department Of Microbiology , Bacteriology , Mycology and Immunology Summary: The objective of the present study was directed to perform a comparative study for the protective efficacy of different vaccine formulations either single toxoid vaccine or combined with Clostridial toxins to evoke protection against Caseous lymphadenitis and Clostridial diseases in sheep.Four different vaccines were formulated and investigated for their efficiency in protecting sheep against C.pseudotuberculosis.It was observed that antibody titers of sheep vaccinated with toxoid PLD vaccine showed the highest titer of PLD antibody
