To determine the proper stage of maturity and the effect of different storage temperatures 0{u00B0} C' 5 {u00B0}C and ambient temperature 25 - 30 {u00B0}C and some postharvest supplemental treatments such as modified atmosphere packaging and coating with some safety materials (Soybean oil or dipping in ascorbic acid)
