Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Pharmacy - Department of Pharmaceutics Summary: From the obtained results it was possible to reveal the following : fibrinogen concentration was decreased in polytherapy group patients but was still in the normal range mild elevation in liver functions were observed but still in normal range CBZ dose inversely correlated with VPA serum level and AST serum level
