Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Prosthodontics Summary: The aim of this study is to evaluate the marginal accuracy and fracture resistance of zirconia ceramic restoration, using two different zirconia coping thicknesses, (0.3 and 0.5mm) and two cement types (glass ionomer and composite resuin). Twenty freshly extracted, human first molars, caries and crack free were selected. The teeth were embedded in epoxy resin blocks along their long axis with the C.E.J laying 1 mm from the resin surface
