Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Endodontics Summary: Forty , freshly - extracted human , permanent , single - rooted teeth with single canals and completely - formed apices were used . Teeth were then divided into four groups ten teeth each , according to the method of irrigation group 1 : (control group) canals were irrigated successively with 5.25% NaOCI + 17% EDTA ; Group II : canals were irrigated successively with German Chamomile extract Group III canal were irrgated successively with 5.25% NaOCI + German Chamomile extract . Group IV canals were irrigated with german chamomile + 17% EDTA
