This investigation was carried out for purification of grapevine from both viruses GLRa V-1 and GFLV , micropropagation of four grapevine Vitis vinifera L. cultivars (Thompson Seedless, Flame Seedless, Superior and Crimson ) and eight rootstocks (Harmony, Freedom, Dog Ridge, 1103 Paulsen, 140 Ruggeri, Teleki 5C, SO4 and Salt Creek) using shoot tip culture
