Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in many countries, including developing countries. Breast cancer was the most common cancer among Egyptian females. Breast cancer is the second most common cause of brain metastases, after lung cancer, and represents 14-20% of all cases. And it is the solid tumor associated most commonly with leptomeningeal metastases
