All humans are exposed to environmental factors through the air we inhale , through the water we drink and through contact with different substances ( WHO , 2006 ) . Reproductive health affects and is affected by the broader context of people's lives including their economic circumstances education employment, living conditions, family environment, social relationships and the traditional and legal structures within which they live ( Institute of Medicine, 1997 )
