Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Summary: A study was done to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcome of using autogenous bone with or without platelet - rich plasma around immediate dental implants . 12 implants were immediately inserted into the extraction sockets of a lower premolar tooth . Implants were divided randomly into two groups ; in the first , autogenous bone collected from the drilling process was used aroud 6 implants
