The present work aimed to evaluate the adjuvanticity of recombinant clolera toxin B subunit (r-CTB) compared with currently used alum . Laboratory animals (mice) were applied sand subcutaneously immunized with r-CTB and alum adjuvenated diphtheria vaccines . Maximum antibody level was detected on the 5 {u036D} {u036A} - 6 {u036D} {u036A} week post immunization
