Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Radio-diagnosis Summary: The most sensitive imaging method for detection of cancer but with limited specificity due to overlap in features of benign and malignant lesions . Its sensitivity was higher with application of guidelines concerning MRI BI - RADS category reported by kuhl et al 2005 than its sensitivity with application of MRI scoring system reported by fischer et al 1999 . The sensitivity was 97.7% compared to 90.7% respectively
