The approach in this thesis was centered on improving the therapeutic efficiency of miconazole - nitrate by formulating the drug in bioadhesive buccal gels and buccoadhesive tablets which are not available in the Egyptian market, the work in this thesis is divided into two chapters : In chapter on : Each formula was subjected for evaluation of their physical properties such as colour pH, spreadability and rheological properties
