Fetal macrosomia constitues a considerable problem with high incidence that faces the workers in the field of obstetrics . Sonographic examination is both sensitive and specific tool for determination of fetal weight and consequently macrosomia . Doppler indices in both the umbilical and the middle cerebral arteries as well as the cerebroplacental ratio are not significant parameters
