Mycoplasma local field isolates were recovered from healthy and diseased sheep and goats . They were identified by specific PCR as M. agalactiae (8) M. bovis (8) and M. putrefacians (2 ). M. bovis isolates were subjected to more than one PCR to confirm this unusual isolation
