Recent advances in radiation therapy, e.g. conformal radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, image guided radiation therapy and proton therapy, had increased the therapeutic ratio especially in pediatric patients. Minimizing the risk of late effects is a main issue in treatment of pediatric patients with radiation therapy, that can be achieved using those new techniques
