The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is the most frequently injured ligament in the knee joint. Various graft substitutes and fixation techniques have been used for reconstruction of the ACL. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the efficacy of biodegradable double cross-pin technique in fixation of bone-patellar tendon-bone graft in ACL reconstruction
