RAD51 and XRCC3 genes polymorphism may play an important role in the pathophysiology of hematopoietic malignancies and the progression of acute myeloid leukemia. their expression may have clinical relevance and important role as prognostic factors in acute myeloid leukemia they may be useful as predictive tests for treatment outcome in acute myeloid leukemia patients
