The purpose of the study was to compare the effects of conventional TENS and Burst TENS on myofascial trigger points (MTrPs) of the upper fiber of trapezius muscle from both genders participated in this study. there is a different effect between different modes of TENS on painthrshold in myofascial pain syndrome in upper fiber of trapezius muscle
