To deermine the efficacy of weight reduction program in improving the cardiopulmonary system in prehypertensive obese males . The results suggest that the program of weight reduction is effective in decreasing the blood pressure lipid profile forced vital capacity ST segment and T wave readings of ECG diameters in prehypertensive obese males
